While Xul the necromancer keeps Lethes busy in combat, he asks you to enter the Mad King's Breach in order to stop his apprentice Lethes from claiming the soul of the Skeleton King. With its power, Lethes is rising the dead in search of Queen Asylla's Tomb. During the Ashwold Cemetery story, the player is informed that Lethes is in possession of one of the shards of the Worldstone. The dungeon is unlocked around level 17-20 toward the end of the Ashwold Cemetery zone's story.
